Trans 2’s Little Library

Trans 2’s “Little Library” is a place where students bring in their “used” books from home to share with their peers from class. Students will be given opportunities to read the books and share their reading experiences with their peers.

Here is Madison’s view on her class “Little Library”…

Let’s all bring in our “used” books for our “Little Library”!

First Week of Year Four

First Week of Year Four

On the first week of school I meet Mr. Micevski, we all call him Mr M. Mr M is awesome he always makes activities fun.

On the first day of school Mr M made us sign a contract that said, “In order to learn and have fun we will follow the rules and be great classmates. We will take care of one another and be a good friend. We will make our parents, our school and our teacher proud.”

On Thursday we learnt a lot about landforms. My favourite landform is the waterfall. We also found out our assembly will be a circus!

Fabulous Start to Year 4

On the first day of school I sat next to Grace R. The first thing we had to do is brainstorm and copy what a “great classmate” is. My teacher is called Mr M, he is really nice. At lunch and recess I played with Jessica, Tina, Lucy d, Lucy M and Chevvi-Jay. We played on the spider web.

We watched a video of a girl who was talking about the “little free library”. That is when someone brings in a book for other people to read then that person reads a different book. Right now I am reading a book called Diary of a Wimpy Kid “Dog Days”.

Mr M told us that we were going to do our assembly about a circus. It will be so much fun! I want to do rollerblading. In the circus there will be dancing, people will jumping through fire hoops and weightlifting. We watched a video about a circus, it was amazing.

Mr M gave us our Mathletics and Reading Eggs passwords. When we got the laptops we logged onto Reading eggs. I played on Quote Quest.
